hi mdvarghese! did you pray today? well, i'm a Christian and i pray everyday and every before meal. when i pray, i usually close my eyes. prayer for us is a way of communing to God. when i pray for a meal, i always thank the Lord for all his blessings and provisions. i thank him for the food set on the table. during the night before i sleep i also pray to him. i ask tell him just about any concerns that i have. for us Christians, praying to God is a way to keep in constant communication with him. we consider having a personal relationship with Him so we do need to keep in touch with God. he loves us and we love Him. that's why we pray...

I'm don't have a religion that I adhere to but I do believe in God, so in times of need I would pray to God. I believe that God is fair and kind, so He would look out for His people. So if there are problems in my life or someone that I care about, I wouldn't hesitate to pray for them or for me.
