If you don't agree with your leader,what should you do?

I have be a member of this factory for two years,and I am the youngest member here,so I have often been neglected.My suggestion was not adopted, so I feel wronged,but I don't know how to do. So I want to know if you don't agree with your leader,what should you do?

I always voice my opinion. I try to do it in most professional way. I have seen that remaining timid will not help.

May be it is a good way,but if the leader don't listen,he may angry.

well if you dont like your leader the best thing you can do is to be quite or else if you leader know dat i think he or she out to you in your position....

As far as I know, everyone do something for some reason. Maybe you can try to consider the whole things in your boss's position
