anyboby know about " how to prepare dry snacks for kids ?????"

This is every days problem for me as to what shall I get for my kids. As it is a monsoon time and out eating can be dangerous for my kids, so I would like to ask if anybody knows the nutrious healthy snacks which I can give to my kids when they are hungry. Some dry snacks so that I can keep them giving for 1-2 days.

what i give to my children, i will let u know. If you can do it, u can try. But it is the best snack and nutrious aa well as healthy and tasty and your children love to eat. take each of 100gms, Ragi, wheat, corns, jowar, barley, millets, horsegrams, sesame seed, groundnuts, sago, green gram (not dal),soya and 50gms each of khus (poppy seed) and dry ginger. Roast all of them individually except ginger. Powder ginder and add to it. Mix all the ingredients and powder them in a Flour Mill. Store in a air tight container. Take 1/2 cup of water, put 1/2 cup jaggery in it and make a 2 thread syrup. Add fresh/dry coconut pieces, cardamon powder, dry fruits and 1 cup of nutrious powder. Mix thoroughly and make into lemon size balls and keep in a air tight container. Serve. Shelf life is 1 week. This powder can be stored for 6 months but see that wet spoon is not used
