What year you remember the most in your life?

I remember 2008 the most cause there are so many great things happened in my life. I graduated from my university and get bachelor title for my major, then got accepted in a great job in a respectable international bank, which then continued with opportunity to be trained at London and got a chance to visit Paris and Singapore. I never traveled abroad before so it was so excited! Lots of great moments of that year and I will forever be grateful for all the great things ever happened to me. It's kinda bummer this year compare to last year, in fact I think 2009 is one of the worst year in my life. So what year you remember the most and for what reason?

for me its 2004!
early 2004 i marry the man that i love most...and we are still together up to now and going strong.
by mid 2004, i finally approved to be regular in my job...but i am no longer there coz i move to other place...but that's memorable to me coz that's my first regular job after i graduated from college...
and by the end of this year...something bad happens...we lost my grandmother...she's a big lost in our family and that's one of the saddest day in our lives...
many things have happened to me by this year 2004...most are life changing thus it makes this year special and memorable to me...

Hi ckyera, so sad you lose your grandmother, but I am sure her spirit will always be a guardian angel in your family. many critical things also happened to me in 2004. Graduated from high school, accepted in uni I long wished for, and also being independent living far from my parents. Thanks for your response, have a great day!

Ah no, I move back with my parents since I finished uni..It's just a common habit in Asia not to move out fromyour parents house until you get married. But right now I'm independent in money, since I got a steady job which pays my quite good. Now I even give a portion of my salary to my parents. It's time to give back after all their hard work to raise me up..

I would remeber the year 2006 as it was the year when I got my admission in KJ Somaiya college of engg for an 4 year course in telecom engg.

Oops, very difficult if I have to choose the year that impressive. This is related to the experience of each person. Period-period SMA, you first have a girlfriend / boyfriend, first kiss, first performing, graduation, marriage, had children, and more. I think, I have different memories of every year.

Hi Sofyan, I think you are from Indonesia cause you said high school as SMA :) I also remember 1998 very well cause it's the darkest moments in Indonesia. The riot that kills many Chinese ethnics, Soeharto went down from presidential seat, the financial crisis that hurt economic sytem even more than the current one, and also it is happened while I'm studying for my final exam on primary school. Those days still scares me, living in fear not knowing the future of my country. Fortunately, things are much better now despite flaws here and there
