Do you anyone who have been summon to court because of unpaid credit card?

I have not encountered this but I know of an online forum that may help you if you need some advice or questions answered about this matter. If you are interested let me know. There is an active participant on the forum that knows a lot about this sort of thing. From what I understand it is better to show up to court and defend your case rather than to not show up and have the court favor the collections company. From what I understand you can tell them that you do not owe any money to the collections company, you did to the original creditor, but not to the actual collections company because you never borrowed any money from them. However I would double check with this on that forum I mentioned. I like to read through many different financial forums on budgetting and debt so I have heard of cases such as this and what I said above seems to be a common response to this type of question.

Hello friend, I don't experience that summon from the court because of credit card because I only use debit card. Even do that the case...As far as I know there is only a case of resolving your credit not a charges as crimes or civil action that filled to the court. Happy mylotting!!!!
