Where is the best place to shop to stretch your money?

Hi buddies!!! Im looking for some shops or stores here in LA where I can spend my money wisely. Anyone who could help me out? Im just spending my vacation here, i want to go to some place where items are 50-70% cheaper compared to the big malls...anyone here? I'l be leaving on the next couple of days and I want to shop wise, thanks!
