Call Center Hopping..

One of the best job that I noticed nowadays is in call center industry. There are lot of call centers who handled a lot of accounts. Account which is big and strong. Companies are still waiting for the applicants to submit their resume. Some of the applicants are fresh graduate and some are undergrad. As far as I know, for you to be hire as an agent, you need to be good in your communication skills and you must be computer literate which is true. Companies offered big salaries and some offered above average salaries and benefits. Why is it that some of the agents are not contented to one company and transfer to another? is this what we call hopping? Can I have your opinion on this? May I know the reason why?
