well i prefer something that concerns my health and not the order of my taste buds.there's nothing to loose if i will follow the healthy diet rather than following the wants of my taste buds. while most healthy foods are not palatable for some they would still prefer the unhealthy foods as long as they're tasty.what's your side on this?

I think that sacrificing good taste in order to be healthy is stupid. For one thing, I think that enjoying your meals is important to a healthy diet. If you eat a lot of foods you don't like, your cravings for things you do like are probably going to get out of control. And it's a constant source of stress to deprive yourself of things that you like. For two, there's no rule that says that healthy food has to taste bad. It's a ridiculous myth. Most foods are delicious if prepared properly, even vegetables and tofu.

i am having both. i still cant get over eating unhealthy food my friend but i am trying my best to change my taste buds. by now, i do eat healthy foods. though its not that palatable for my taste buds. but i really need to get comfortable by it or else i might again end up having problems with my health. specially that we have a diabetic blood line. need to lose as much as i can.

Well, I don't think healthy food has to taste bad, I only eat palatable foods, but I am a vegetarian who eats mostly organic and non-dairy products. Healthy food is very tasty, if you know how to cook it and know what works. Unhealthy foods are full of chemicals that make you addicted, making you think they taste good, but it is just the chemicals making your brain yell for more, msg is one of those chemicals. I'll eat healthy, and I will like the taste too hehe.
