yes, most are not convinced that the site actually pays or they think that earning here is too slow so that are uninterested. its really hard to convince people to join.

I have a few referrals and most of them are not active!I think that to some extent,it is a litte unfair for referrals to earn there!

I don't have any. I just don't think it is worth the effort to promote to hundreds of people to get a chance at someone joining and posting only once or twice. But if you are smart about getting active referrals, you can make good money. But I find that most people who join these sites find them on their own rather than through referrals. It is tough to find good referrals who stay active.
