All of us wants to go to school and to finish a course which we can use for the future. Some of individuals cannot pursue their education because of some reason. Is poverty is a hindrance to success? Why is that those individual who are involve in higher class don't have any plan or they are not serious with their education thinking that there would no be a problem financially? Why are those whos in the lower class which are interested to go to school but they cant due to poverty? Can I have your opinion?

Well, it's not easy to answer question about poverty, because basicly it depends on how you describe about poverty itself. If you think that success can only be gained by studying, and poverty gives you another storyline of life, then it must be hindrance to success. Being success is not always about having high degree upon education. It's mainly about your skills, abilities, etc. It's nice to know that people want to pursue education, because lot just neglect it. =)

I would say some people are blessed with all things in life and hence they don't have the value for things........sometimes we don't realize that there are so many unfortunate people who want to study but they cant, just because it is too costly for them and cant really afford it....... But then we cant say that just because they are poor they cant study, there are so many other ways a student can study, you get 0% education loans for your higher studies by your government so that you can pursue your higher studies and then repay that loan once you get a stable and good job....... So at the end it all depends......if you are really interested in studying further you will do it anyhow, its just that you will have to strive and work more hard.....than those who already have that income to shell.......I have a friends which fits perfectly for this discussion, he took a loan, studied hard and he also was listed among the top ranks in that university......he has a stable and good job now and just re-payed the last installment for his loan....... Have a nice day !!!!

Poverty is a lot of people can not enjoy an important reason why well-educated, imagine even have enough rice, how to learn will have feelings,I think food and clothing needed to satisfy basic human problem is a prerequisite for access to education. To solve their problem of food and clothing, in addressing the issue of education.

i think poverty should not be a hindrance to anybody. maybe they can try to apply for scholarship for your schooling or maybe government assistance ? Also, they can do some part-time job to pursue their education. when there is a will, there is a way!

This is a very good topic. For me, poverty is not a hindrance for us not to study. I have experience this situation, but still I still pursue my studies. If you are really resourceful and wise enough in every decision that you make, you will have a better life. For those individual who are in an elite class, it would be a regret for them in the future. For those who are in the grass root level, they should be proud of themselves because they are striving for success. Thank you for sharing a great topic.

Hi Kelvin, I believe that some people cannot further their studies since they are not in a position to do so financially unless they get a scholarship. On the other hand I can say that what happened to me was that I wanted to start working and when I was in High School I abandoned my studies. Now I am sorry for that and have been trying to find a degree course to take but now I have to pay for it. University here is free if you take a full time course after high school/college but to take an evening course or part time you have to pay. It is still cheaper than the distance learning courses I was looking at. Have a nice day!

This is a very good topic. Indeed, some there were a problem for those with financial issues, but I think it shouldn't hindered them to continue studying. If they want to, they can try and pursue for a scholarship or even try working and studying at the same time. I've seen some people doing that, and it's been great for them, although it is not easy. And for those people with a good financial, that really depends on the person. But you are right, sometimes they tend to be not serious about their study. I think this is happened because people with money most likely never feel any hardship with money to live and to buy anything they want. So they never really think that this money came from hard work and the better education you have, the better work you got, the better money will come. The complete opposite happens to those with financial problem. They always have problem with money, and they realized the only way to change this and solve the problem is by getting a better job for better money. And in order to do that, better education will be needed. That's why most of poor people really interested with better education.
