new serch engine by (Microsoft and Yahoo)

Friends now a new serch engine will come after some day which will be launched by Yahoo and Microsoft .They wants a good search engine which can be firster then google and they want to be the No.1 Serch engine also ,They have 10 years bond also for this.Will u use that one or google
