Sleeping time and habits

Sleeping is one my favourite hobbies.I usually go to sleep by around 1 o clock.If it is a holiday the next day,then i wake up by around 10 or 11.Hows ur habit about sleep? and do you take a nap during afternoon?

Hi.....anoop My sleeping habit is very systamatic. Generally I will go to bed by 11 in the night and get up before 5.30 in the morning irrespective of working day or holiday. Generally I will not sleep in the noon. But I will take a nap while travelling.

Sleeping is one of the favorite things that I love to do. Back when i was in HS i'd sleep in on the weekends until 2pm, i think that's when all this started. And here i am some 4.5 years after graduating and my sleep clock is all messed up. Since having my 1st son i really didn't sleep a whole lot for the first year, and was going to school so was up till the wee hours of the morning and then have to be up for class by 1pm. since having my 2nd child i sleep a lot lol. am usually up anywhere til 3-5am and then am up for a few hours at about 9 or 10am and then head right on back to bed for a good 3-4 hrs and am up at 2 to feed my kids lunch and then about 2 hrs later everyone goes down for another nap and we get up about 5pm and start getting dinner ready around 6 eat at 7 spend time playing with the boys they usually fall asleep at 10pm sometimes earlier and are out all night until the morning and i'm still up till early morning and then do it all over again. although on the weekend when my hubby is home he usually takes care of the boys til 1pm and then i'll be up all day and then head to bed about midnight. so yeah my sleep clock is all messed up. I've been trying for sometime to get it all back in order but i think that my weight plays a big role in it to, so we shall see what happens. :)

Hey I do love sleeping and I value every hour that I can sleep. But nowadays I usually sleep around 2 to 3 in the morning coz I can't sleep easily. I don't wanna lie in my bed and force myself to sleep. Maybe I have insomia or I got use to sleeping late, plus the fact that I drink coffee twice everyday sometimes even before I sleep. ^^

I will sleep about 10-11 pm everyday.I think my body will want to sleep automatically everyday.I never slept in the mid day excepted i didn't enough in the last night.

I feel that we atleast sleep 8 hours in the night time while a small 45 min to 1 hour nap in the after noon will also help.

I normally go to sleep around 1am and wake around 8am!! I never nap though that would ruin my sleep pattern!
