Are you happy?Do you remember a time when you are happy? Are you seeking happiness today? Many have sought a variety of sources for their fellings of happiness.Unfortunately,i belive that hapiness evades many because they misunderstand the prosess and the journy of finding it. However, hapiness is a concious choice we make every day of our lives.

Life is sweet gift of life to have more fun and joy, rather to be worried. Cheer up!

I wanted to respond to the title of this discussion - because it caught my attention. So many people are looking for this elusive 'happiness' - some offer to sell it (!), some say it can be found here or there...So, the idea that 'happiness is really a choice people make' is a strong statement and one that I agree with, wholeheartedly. There are days I have to force myself to look for the good side of things - not always an easy thing to do. But the rewards are worth it. I guess this is where the idea of the 'half-full' or 'half-empty' glass comes in...after all, the choice of deciding that the glass is 'full' or 'empty' is one that the observer has to make. And that in turn triggers a feeling of happiness - or the lack thereof.

I agree with you, happiness is a choice we make, and sometimes being miserable is also a choice people make sometimes, I do not believe it is a conscious decision at times, maybe we sometimes feel we do not deserve to be happy and act accordingly to that. But I do agree, if we feel it will be a good day it is a good day and if we feel it will be a bad day, that happens too.
