I haven't seen the movie, but from the clips I saw, and he previews, I'd say that my life is a real life adaptation of that film. I'm going after my purpose and I am facing all types of criticisms and humiliations, everyone is telling me that I can't do it. I'm trying to tell myself I can't do it. But my instincts just compell me. There is a possibility that your dreams won't come to pass. So you have to sit down and ask yourself, would it be worth it? If my dreams led me to a desert to starve, would I still be glad that I've pursued it? Is any dream worth following? My answer, Ain't none of this real anyway so why should I care, got nothing to lose.

In the movie, it was so clearly emphasize how hard it is to really follow your dreams. I mean, its so easy for us to say that we have to go for our dreams but we dont realize how tough it really is because we haven't experience yet going out of our comfort zone and really risk everything just get want we really want. I was really impress by how Chris Gardner did not give in to the temptation of giving up even in the face of so much humiliation, rejection and criticisms just to get what he want. It was a really inspiring movie, and Will smith did a very good job in doing justice to the character. I'm a man but I was really touched by how great his story was that I even cried. I can relate somehow to his experiences though my experience is not that tough.

I haven't seen the movie, but I have seen clips...and what I got from them was a father that just didn't give up, he believed in himself so he continued to follow his dream. And that's something I believe in also 'keep trying', because once you give up ... that's when you really have failed...
