What Pres. Cory Aquino teaches us?

When President Corazon Aquino admitted to the hospital one month ago it was really a news. A lot of people not only here in the philippines but also the world really so into this news about her; her condition update . But what Pres Cory really teaches us all is to pray and pray more. When we turn on our tv all we can see are people all over praying for her. attending mass for her for that one month the she was confined it the hospital. It was her dream it was her wish that we pray always and lift to the Lord everything ; our life and thats the most important one.

Mrs.Aquino was an ordinary housewife without political ambition, but she taught us about how to restore democracy and stability without bloodshed,and it was proven that she survived 6 coup attempts while she was still a president. She was a symbol of freedom, freedom from dictatoship and oppresive regime..Her struggle will inspire us to get free from oppresion,poverty,greedines and cruelty without any used of violence.SHe had proved that people`s power can do anything to remove dictatorship and bring peace and democracy to the people. Yesterday his son, Noynoy Aquino announced that her mom has passed away. Though it did not come as surprise for she's been in the hospital since last month, it was still difficult to accept for most of us. While the family said they were ready to let go, I guess the Filipino people weren't. Cory Aquino taught us a lot of things - how to love the country unconditionally, her unwavering faith that rubs off on anyone she has touched, her humility and strength. However her biggest and most precious legacy is freedom. Whatever freedom we have today, we owe it mostly to her.

I think what President Cory Aquino taught us is to fight for our right and what we believe. That bad doing has an end and that nothing is impossible if we'll unite, work as one and fight till we claim what we are aiming for just like her regaining our freedom from dictatorship.
What she wants us to do now is to continue praying for us to face strongly what we are encountering now regarding our government.
Wherever you are Madaam President, may you rest in peace and thank you for truly serving us. You'll remain in our hearts forever.

That's one good things she showed us. As a Christian, she showed that we should always trust God to guide us. There are lots of things we don't know and can not see so why don't we just lift it up to the one who knows all things? Such is a recognition that we are just human and there are powers out there which are beyond our control.
There are other things Cory can teach us. The good things is that many newspaper sections and some television shows are being dedicated to her so it is easy to read more and learn from this woman who helped in the restoration of democracy in the country.
