Ads-Earn... Does it pay or not?

Do you guys know if Ads-Earn pays or not? If so tell me. I just joined in like 5 days ago, and I would like to know if any of you received a payment already as I do not want to waste my time on a site that doesn't pay. I looked it up in the scam list but it's not there. Help a sister out please! Thanks and happy mylotting!
