Going to a medical school

Let me share you my thoughts.... I am a registered nurse but I am planning to study into a medical school and hopefully become a pediatric or psychiatric doctor someday.... I am moving to Houston next year... Are there nice universities there yet with low tuition fees? Do you think I can work as a nurse and at the same time pursue a medical degree? Would it be too difficult? Any suggestions will be greatly acknowledged.... Thank you and Happy mylotting!
