Weight loss motivation

I would find it hard to get on a diet at all. I like good food way too much. My husband is a fabulous cook, and knows how to cook nutritious food for me. I'm not skinny, but I'm not fat either, and because of the way he cooks, I eat very very very healthy meals. I treat myself now and then (we shared a bar of Danish chocolate this afternoon), but most of the time we eat really healthy food.
