In this time of knowledge explosion. A lot of people are preoccupied with the idea of pursuing higher and higher educational attainment. In my grandmother's time having an elementary diploma is really something and can work on respectable occupations. And then my parents time, High School education is attainable though not readily available to poor and far off the city. Still its something people dreamed to reach and finish. Today, college diploma is not very impressive when you apply for jobs. The percentage of being hired is good but you might just land to any position. Companies now are looking for more certificates and a few additional letters after your surname. Are you affected by this reality?

I am affected by this because personally I am a law student, my qualifications in college are really good and when I apply for jobs they ask questions which are not related to the job at all like, are you related to this person, are you someone who know that person, and so on. Now a degree is not enough we have to learn more, this is okay for me but what about the other person who do not have a degree at all or even a good reaults are working in the same company! I do not like this system at all and all I expect now is something much better than this.
