Hey do you know any chat rooms available apart from yahoo chat rooms.People in yahoo chat rooms never reply.so can i know about those chat rooms where i can chat with a lot of people?If anybody knows any good sites,please do include that in your replies.

try IRC channels, if you really want to chat with people.
Get yourself a mIRC client, hook yourself up to some previously defined channel from the listing there and enjoy yourself.
You can see whether the other person is idle or not, if so, then for how long etc.
