I am a total vegetarian and do not consume eggs or any other animal food. I live totally on vegetables, I do not consume even any fatty foods as such. The usage of even garlic and onions is considered a taboo on some particular days and so we do not use them regularly. So far, Me and my family have been totally healthy by relying only on vegetables. Do you also rely only on vegetables for a healthy life? Would you accept in case you are advised to eat only vegetables?

What do you eat for protein, and why do you not eat garlic, and onions. for they are vegetables. Garlic is one of the things that is good for heart health. A great part of out diet is vegetables, Nuts, and fruits. but we still eat meat on occasion. we also eat dairy, and eggs.

I am not a vegetarian, but I have gone through a few months of detox diet that consist only vegetables and fruits.I feel great during that period of time.I have no constipation and my tummy become flatted.I lose my weight too.The only thing I don't like about this is I get hungry very easily as vegetables and fruits digest faster that meat.If you want free detox diet recipes can check out here http://bit.ly/1aNCKG

I am a non-vegetarian. I am friends with many vegitarians, soem of them consume egg. I do make it a point to include lots of vegetables in my food. I usually have egg and chicken once in a week. I also like fish. I think it will be boring to live by consuming only vegetables. It is fine if I can get some meat or fish once in a while because I am not too fond of non-veg.
