Holidays are applauded by workers, since it means free day. It is a good day to recharge the lost power from exhausting works in the office. It is the time to relax, have more time for their families. They can also make use of the time to continue with their unfinished work at home, to be more productive. Even to those who will be asked to continue to work on the holidays can still be thankful for a double compensation they will receive. These are all on the side of the individual employees. But, is it good in the business and government transactions?

Holidays are good to unwind after a hard days work. It also a time to bond your family and treat them to eat in a restaurant, go to the parks or in amusement parks, watch movies or relax in the beach. If you continue to work you will receive double compensation which will benefit you. if you are single, better to work during the day and if you live away from family. But, if you are married it is really a good day to make a family happy and spend special moments with your wife and children. About, in government it is a their policy to make it no work and in private it is a different issues when it comes to holiday. in public workforce once it is declare a holiday, it is automatically government offices and close and transaction stop. For private holidays or not..most work are continue..this is to keep the company at profit and avoid loss..employees are excuse if she files valid reason before the holidays..which the decision is determine by his employers..
