Hi My lot community, I have few tips for you if you are a user of MS word doc. Tip one: If you do some writing on word doc.file if you wish to take entire paragraph to the top or bottom of your article you have to cut, copy and paste that paragraph where you wanted to insert. This can be avoided by just placing the cursor before the paragraph you want to move after this just press and hold Shift+Alt keys and then press up arrow mark or down arrow mark to take your paragraph either up or down as you wish. Tip two: If you click a menu in word doc. and if you want to close this and return to cursor's previous place again there are three ways to do this,i) You can press esc key two times at first press menu will diappear but cursor will be placed on the menu. If you press second time cursor will go back to its previous place. ii) Click on the menu again then menu will disappear. (Easy and preferred one) iii) If you click outside menu area in the document menu will disappear.(Easy and preferred one) I hope I shared whatever I know for My Lotters who use MS word doc.file Have a nice day.
