How much time do you spend with your kids?

If you are a working parent, most days after work, all you want to do is really sit and not think. But kids, especially toddlers demand more from us than just our immobile presence. I am guilty of the fact that most of the time when my son pulls me up to sing and dance with him, I do so very reluctantly and if I can try to get away with it. Instead I will ask him to get himself a book so that I can at least sit and tell him stories. BUt worse of it all is when I resort to the TV to entertain him and just sit next to him. What about you? Do you spend quality time with your kids during the weekday?
