Would you stick up for your best friend even if it costs you your life?

Well, nowadays it's hard to find a best friend. And you're lucky if you have a real best friend. But to the extent of giving up your life, its really hard to tell until you're on the right spot. Though I have a friend whom she almost leave her boyfriend for the sake of her best friend. That's kinda hard.

I've seen some in movies. But in real life, I don't think so.. Even I would not do that. I love my life more than anything in this whole world. It would be asking too much if it would cost my life just for a friend.

For my family, yes I would, but not for friends! I could help my best friend as much as possible, but sacrificing myself or giving up my life for a friend - sorry, I won't.
