eat healthy and live healthy

Eat healthy is as important as live healthy. We should watch out what we eat, and not overly consume food, because it might affect our brain activities. Slow our intelligence according to some studies. Make sure breakfast is one of your important meal in a day. Too much sugar also slow down your brain, and IQ. If you lack of sleep, you might not think clearly, it is a common sense. If you have enough rest for the day, you can think faster and clearly. Living healthy and eat healthy.

I admit I am fat but I am on a diet, I am trying to lose some weight to be more health, I find it's really hard for me to lose a lot because I don't want to eat too less, so I get lost 2 KG in two weeks. It's really a small number compared to my weight 83KG.
