Does it bother you too?

Does it bother you to receive a message from a "friend" on mylot. Someone that you haven't interacted with previously. But because you accepted their friendship request, they were added to your friends listing on mylot. I have some real true friends on mylot don't get me wrong. But that is my biggest pet peev is when someone just requests you to be their friend with a hidden agenda in mind, only to ask you to check out the NEWEST, or LATEST money earning opportunity that they just signed up for attempting to get some quick referrals. ARGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH ~ that really ticks me off. Don't get me wrong I've found out about a lot of good earning sites by being a member of mylot, and in the process, I happened to make some good friends. But in all honesty, if you want me to check out your site, you should genuinely want to be a friend (someone that I can converse with from time to time) before asking me to take a look at your opportunity. Okay, I've ranted enough. So does it bother you or not?

I am not bothered by it at all. The reason I say that is because part of mylot is a big circle of friends that are sharing ideas and ways to earn and share their feelings and their everyday life affairs. I look at this way be more selective to whom you will accept as a friend that way you are not recieveing a bunch of spam so to speak and get more messages about things that pertain to your likes here at mylot. Good luck and happy mylotting to you.

I only had that happen once, and I deleted him as friend. He caught on to the fact that I had deleted him and he began pestering me several times a day. So, I have just left him pending, now, he cannot spam me with schemes, and he cannot pester me with friend requests. Someone else told me he has thousands of friends on here. He also has just barely over 200 posts, and I never see discussions from him and he never responds to me.

I just deleted someone. I did decide to checkout their information but wasn't interested in any affiliate programs. I have this one person that sends a friend request after I've already deleted them from being a friend. Very annoying and such a waste of time. You think they'd get the clue.

Just hang them in pending, no problem.

I don't mind a friend on my list sending me a message saying "I have an opportunity for you if your interested." I do mind messages that say "Join this site and become my referral (with link). If I'm interested, I'll let them know and if not then they can move on. If they start harassing me about it, they'll get deleted. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

I consider them to be a SPAMMER moreso than a real or true Friend of mine. To me friendship means we have elected to exchange informational links or opportunities with one another via an mutual verbal/written agreement. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy checking out new opportunities, but I just don't like the hassle of invites from people that haven't take some time to get to know me a little more than just sending me a link that says "Join this site and become my referral (with link)"; it just really annoys me. Thanks for your input.
