how often u shampoo ur hair?

i used to shampoo my hair once in a week... wat abt u people.. and wats the favourite brand of shampoo tht you are using... according to u which is the good brand which wont damage the hair

although I blad, I use shampoo to clean skin my head for freshness and health skin my head

I always shampoo my hair everyday,other times every other day, i use sunsilk, palmolive, head and shoulders.
