Fruits contain a lott of sugar?..

So fruits contain a tonne of sugar I hear..is this true? Does this mean it's not healthy to eat a lot of fruits? I've always thought that it was a good habit to eat lots of fruits.. what do you guys think?

sugar from fruits are healthy than the ordinary refined sugar.. and of course our body needs sugar too as sugar in our body gives us energy. even if you ask doctors, if someone feel so weak they can advised them to take some candy or chocolate to feel energetic.. and i always bring chocolate with me in my bag coz sometimes if someone ruined my mood and i feel so angry and depressed, i just take a bite from it and after an hour i will feel better.. as it will boost out my feeling... so its alright to eat as many fruits as you can as its healthy..

thanks for that insight!.. it was very helpful and yeah I agree with you on chocolate and sweets giving you more energy and making you feel better.. that's definitely the case with me

Yes, fruits contain a lot of sugar but it is natural and not dangerous for our body if it is enough because we need sugar of course..If you are eating fruits regularly, this is certainly healthy..The amount of sugar in fruits changes from fruit to fruit..Therefore, you must be careful to consume them..Anyway, I think,the amount of everything in our life is not good for us..

Fruits contain sugar in it's natural form. Refined sugars found in processed foods is what you want to stay away from! Eating lots of fruit is good for you!!!
