How to do Intro on blog

I would like to put an introduction on my blogs, something that will stay on top and not just a post that will go into the archives. For example,if I had a moneymaking blog I would put something like: This is a blog about the ways I earn money online. I will review the different sites I use and post tips for earning the most out of each one." (This is a sample only; I don't actually have this blog).

Hello,
I suggest you make a post that you want to stay on the homepage, to be a featured article. This means that the article will constantly be up the top, regardless. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!
