Ever been called for a 3rd interview?

My son who was applying for job, had 3 interviews on the same company but different interviewers. The first 2 interviews, he was asked about the technical aspects of the job and his work experiences. Then he was called for the 3rd interview and he was asked personal questions like his place of residence, how many minutes or hours he would take to travel from his residence to the office. Can he cope stress, what is his stress tolerance, and other personal questions about himself. Well, it depends on the person who conduct interview what he would like to ask. So, you should be prepared for all questions that can be asked whether technical or personal. Good luck on your interview.

Hmmm...usually its just an initial interview and a final interview, right? I don't really know whats gonna be on that interview...but probably its more on how you deal with the company?? I really don't know...wish you luck though!
