What are the disadvantages of being continuous online on the internet???????

I think its very harmful to be internet geeks.Internet is good and very good in good purposes but it harms health if you misuse it . What you thinks that what types of problem arises by use of internet and how can this be solved......

Hi, kawalsukhi. That's so true. If I am being continuous online for more than an hour, my neck, my back, my eyes, even every parts of my body are aching.
You'd better take a rest or move around each 30 mins while using the internet.
