Did I kill my pet rabbit?

My pet rabbit died after eating some vegetable ends I've cut from making dinner. The next morning, my rabbit died and her mouth was still green. I was wondering if I did something wrong and is there some green veggies that is poisonous to rabbits?

I don't know of any that we'd eat that would be. It's possible there was a digestive problem , disease or something. Taking it to a vet would likely be the only way to find out & I doubt you'd want the charge.
