Weight Loss Programs

there are so many different kinds and different ideas. so many different machines and techniques. there are so many different things on tv and so many different people that are all so fit and clame to have used this one certian program or technique, but we all know they dont really use that one idea. so i want to ask a couple of questions. what weight loss program really works how many different programs, ideas, ect. are out there what is the most bang for your money wich one do you use what results have you gotten ect. ect. ect.

i think to loss weight the important thing is keep on doing exercise, and going on a diet from now on, the ken word is "keep on",i have heard many people to loss weight depend on machines or pills around one week or two weeks, there is a little effect at the first times, but unfortunately the weight will be growing very quickly.so that no matter which programs also need to keep on doing certain exercise. good luck and have a nice day!

I believe the key to weight loss includes diet and exercise. That's right, one must do both. And I don't think that you can stop. You have to just make it part of your daily routine and get used to it for the rest of your life. Once you get to a certain point, you will stop losing and doing the same amount of exercise will only help you maintain. So at that point, if you wish to continue to lose weight, you will need to work out even more. It's a neverending battle! LOL
