He may not be popular to many but he has achieved so much in his life. He is also a very good entrepreneur. With his great ability he is perhaps one of the richest filipino. He is a billionaire. From what i heard, he even own a private jet. This site even mentioned that he is richer that ayala, though he is not listed in the forbes magazine. http://www.pinoyexchange.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-268606.html He came from a poor family, but his good attitude made him successful. I hope his way of life could be shared to many filipino because he is a good example to every one. His life is a true story of "from rags to riches" kind. I haven't heard of him but it is really good that Filipinos makes their mark through hard work and perseverance. I hope that the majority of the Filipinos will abandon the culture of easy money attitude or they just want to get rich easily and only wants to be rich by means of luck. I believe we can plan our own financial independence and just be disciplined and we can all be billionaires, why not?

This info made me proud to be a Filipino, prouder I should say. How I wish I can also be a billionaire. Kidding! I'll just be contented with what I have and what I will have in the future since for me, a lot of money doesn't mean a lot of happiness. Sometimes, those rich persons have bigger problems than those who are not rich or average citizens.

it is ironic how we look up to those people who made it big in money matters and their field. i agree that hardwork should pay off. while we look up to them, i hope we do remember those that are toiling their best efforts just to get by each day. they are also hardworking. i hope by glamorizing those who have money will not sway our sights to the essence of living which is not about accummulating wealth and money. it is beyond that. it is more than that.
