How many of you have actually done this .. a moment away alone without our partner and children .. Many times I have seen many man having a cup of coffee or sometimes hanging out at the "bars" as they claim they need time off the family (especially noisy children) - REPEAT - i am not saying all man but most man While the wife, rushes home after work to be a wife and a mother For me, since it is only me and hubby, i do enjoy some 'time out' for myself alone ... especially to do my nails or my hair .. share your thoughts

Dear sanjana, I have done this when one of my ex-colleague and her friends have this 'ritual' so to speak.... Every year all these 'wives' will go for overseas trip alone with girlfriends ONLY..NO family members, no children...basically GIRLFRIENDS ONLY! So, in June 2000, I join her and her friends to Beijing, China. My husband took one week leave to take care of my son...Wow, fantastic time out and relax...btw can gossip about husbands too! We really have a whale of fun..I think it is good to take 'time-out' once in a while and really free ourselves I have a group of current friends that we will meet once a month to catch-up and chats over a bowl of noodles, or local delicacies in a coffee shop or cafe! We enjoyed the 'time-out' very much.. All the best and hope to hear your views at my topic of discussion. Do keep in touch and happy myLotting!

Dear sanjana, Tks for the prompt comments. No, it is guided tour... no chance to be 'naughty' but I swipe my supplementary credit card to buy ametheist pendant..lol..once awhile I should reward myself, right?? Beijing, China especially the Great Wall of China..it is awesome and captivating! Beuautiful sceneries, really can relax and unwind...experiencing different cultures is good! All the best and do keep in touch!

I understand that homework is very routine and boring. Not much I can do to help my wife. I often create variations in the home, not so boring. Such as: I use clothes that have not yet to be ironed, or buy food that my wife does not cook, etc.. We always hangout together, at least 2 times a week.

Hello my friend sanjana_aslam Ji, Well, after my marriage, I have been house wife and my hubby never did anything un-expected. He rushed to house after his duty was over. Even today as a retired person, I will know where he would be in the market and if need I can contact him at once. I have nothing unusual to say about my hubby. May god bless You and have a great time.

I think everyone needs some privacy in this work-a-holic world.
