I always try to have fruit with my breakfast, you are right it is the most important meal of the day. I always have some type of eggs, and i usually have either oatmeal, or grits that i add either some kind of Berrie, or a banana too. or ill just eat a slice of melon on the side of what ever i have. If i make pancakes, i love adding some fresh blueberries to it.

I don't always have fruits for breakfast but maybe 5 times a week when I can go to the market and buy more than enough to last several days before buying again. I eat fruits anytime of the day. The best fruit for breakfast for me is the ever reliable banana.

With the kind of job that I have wherein I work in a graveyard shift, I don't have the time to eat my breakfast anymore. After my shift, I would go straight home and soon as I reach home, I would go to bed then wake up at 12noon or 1pm; there are even times that I would wake up at 3pm. So I am not able to eat breakfast but just have lunch. But there are instances that there is food on the table when I come home, I could have breakfast but unfortunately, there is no fruits with my breakfast especially that we are not allowed to display fruits because of my grandmother's condition. But good for those people who can have breakfast everyday and have normal sleeping hours (people that sleep at night then wake up in the morning), I would advise that as soon as you wake up, drink a glass of water and before you eat your breakfast, eat a piece of fruit to aid your digestion. I have read this from one of the health magazines.

Yes it is necessary to have a filling breakfast every morning. All of us in the family have it in peace, and a good breakfast too almost all the days. Yes we do include a fruit daily in our breakfast. We have all the fruits in a week and have bananas daily.

In my average morning i will eat a variety of things to keep me going through-out the busy workaround day including: 1. A cup of tea or coffee 2. A banana 3. Two pieces of toast with canola spread 4. If i'm running late normally just a pastry from a bakery or service station
