White light has all the colors , and because white color reflects away all the color in light and in the same way BLACK absorbs all the colors in light and also absorbs all the heat...

Any surface has a physical property called reflectivity. This determines the amount of heat is reflected and how much it can absorb. Darker colors are less reflective so they retain more heat that they are are subjected to. How ever this is not the only factor, Shiny surfaces absorb relatively less heat than matt (Non reflective) surfaces. You will feel less heat in a black silk shirt than in a black sweater. Sorry to go technical on this, but hope you have understood the concept.

Black absorbs all colors of light, and absorbed light is converted into heat.
