Eyeearn.com isit legit?

Hello all mylotters, Here I am again. I heard about EyeEarn and notice the other day somebody hadtheir sticker on their window. I checked it out and it says they pay you to advertise, but oddly, they ask for $20.00 payment to purchase the sticker and the kit. I am willing to invest $20.00 if I know I will in turn get paid. But I don't want to rely on getting paid by having other people sign up under me that is too much sales pitch. Can anybody tell me if they ever gotten paid by eyeearn and how?
