Should ciao could open site like ciao.uk which could pay to you by bank account?

As we know that ciao was a very legit site and today they also cleared all the dues.Though now ciao closed but till ciao.uk is still persisting where ciao is giving money to uk bank account holders only. My plan is, can you request the ciao officials to re-open the site and gives money to the international memebrs who r having bank accounts.Whats ur say?
