What have you learnt from other people?

When I was still a student, I was always a people pleaser, a "Yes Woman", so to say. But when I started working as a journalist in 2001, I learned how to say NO when things would go too hectic. I've also learned how to be a survivor when scenarios go depressing.

I learnt that I should ignore people, the bad kind that is. I learnt that I shouldnt do stuff I'll later regret, because theres no return from there.

Surely, regrets come after the damage is done. They don't come first. It's good to anticipate the consequences of your doings. That's how to play it safe in life. However, overthinking might be draining your energy.
