I need the last step

Interestingly, that always with any new matter come almost to the end of a last step I can not understand. Is this really done intentionally; so I at least wanted same say.

I guess i am confused and need a little more info to be able to repspond appropriately. The last step to WHAT is always unclear? If you are more specific, maybe someone could help.
