How to avoid swine flu when you are at public place? do you effective medicine?

In India, Mumbai-Pune-Bangalore having epidemic of swine flu, around 50 people have died. Govt. taking steps to cure swine flu but this is not getting stop anywhere it is spreading across state by state. All govt machineries working on it but there are 3 doctors also died because of this epidemic. Anybody know any effective medicine which can take someone and take precautionery measures?
