Realy lot of questions, I will try to answer ;] If you will travel there you don't need any precautions (if you are talking about for ex. malaria). So in summer there are warm about 25- 30 Celsius degree, but sometimes there rainy in summers. In winter there about -15 - -30 every winter can be different. There are no mountais, but nice forest's and lot of lakes it good for travelling with canoe or kayak. We have lot of smal castles, for ex. Gediminas Castle in Vilnius (capital of Lithuania). We have few citys by sea, so you can get beautyful hollidays by the sea. There you can travel with all kind of transport, by car, by bu bus, by plain. Living there is not expensive in front of other Europe countries. I realy don't know how much does it cost for 4 days, becouse you can live in small house near lake or in 5 stars hotel in center of capital.
