Finally.. I got through all the 80 emails notifications

I was not able to participate actively in MyLot over the last 2 days, and guess what welcome me when I open my email today.. I have about 80 emails notifications that was waiting for me to clear...
This all are due to the great service MyLot provide us, which we were being informed of the comments on our discussion, comments of our discussions and friend who started new discussion, and not forgetting my daily digest..
So, do email notifications motivates you to come in MyLot often?
Please do share.. and I am heading to bed, and it's 02:38hrs now in Malaysia and this will be something I wish to do before the computer was log off.. Hope to see many responses by tomorrow ya..

80 emails of notifications is pretty good ;-) Checking my emial is the first thing I would do when I turn on the computer, when I see I received a lot of notifications from mylot, I feel very excited and cannot wiat to log in my lot and reply them, it does give my motivation to participate.
Sometimes I go out in the morning and post couples of new discussions, I would hope I could get lots of responses when i go home :-)

Oh my goodness I know! I swear, I get too many of those notifications! I didn't realize I had every single one of them checked, because I was getting over 100 in a day and I was like oh my gosh! So I went and unchecked a few that didn't really matter too much and it has definitely helped lol, I mainly just get notifications about people commenting on my discussion or a reply to my comment somewhere else.

It really gives a good feeling knowing a lot of members here find time to post their responses on our new threads. Even to our old threads that they find interesting. That is why even without email notifications, I make it sure to log in here as long as my free time permits.

Hi cwong,
That is a big number of notification. But if you made a few discussion before your last log out, it should be normal since you will get one email for every response that your discussion received.
I use the notification to let me know if someone has comment on my responses. I always turn ON my YM so every time a got email, my YM will tell me
. And I know where the email came from. Even though the YM notification only last for 3-5 seconds.

that is nothing i got almost 4000 email notifications. and most of them are from my old account. maybe i should take it out. just to lazy to do it

oh my god!!! you go over 80 mails? lolz... good for you that you went over and respond back to each one of them.
sometimes I have to skip and move on to another thing cuz if I stay on those mail then I will be bore all day
