Free ride members

Are any of you a member of www.freeride.com ?
This is one of the websites I've been a member of for quite a few years. I always thought it was a legit site because I never had any problems with it until just recently.
I made an online purchase through their cash shopping option. It was a big purchase - over $200. Well they didn't reimburse me the cash back offer that they had promised. I was really disappointed and now wonder if it's really a legit site. I emailed them probably 20 times and noone would get back to me about it.
Are any of you members of Free ride? Have you cashed out wtih them or ever had any problems with them?

I have been a member of free ride for at least 5 or 6 years and have never had a problem with them. I just received my 25 dollar gift certificate that i cashed out for a few weeks ago. I have never done any shopping through them so i can;t answer about that, but i do know that they are still paying.
