i saw the new GI JOE movie on saturday!

I got to go see it with my boyfriend and my daughters. My oldest seemed like she liked it. I liked it but I thought it was rather long. So what are your thoughts about it. I saw some great previews for some new moives coming out which I would really like to go and see also.
I thought there was a lot of action in the movie and I will say it was worth going to see so if you were wondering I say go and see it. Take care and let me know what you think mylotters?

I saw it too. Though I enjoyed the action and the super cool gadgets - I cannot get over the fact that the acting was just BAD! The actors (most of them) are very robotic, especially the two main characters (Duke and Anna). It was good, though I wouldn't watch it again.

I am not sure it was bad acting I think they were suppose to act like that to be honest. They are like a super human machine. I liked the ending as well because it gave me the impression that there will be another movie in the near future. I guess we will have to wait and see. Just came back from the cinema watching this movie an hour ago. I thought it was fun and thrilling. I enjoy it better than Transformers. But I agree with the poster above that Channing Tatum really hasn't improved his acting yet. His face was so stoic, flat emotion, and I just don't see his star quality compare to other males stars of today. Sienna Miller play an okay job portraying Ana, but sometimes I think her walk is not that confident to play female villain. Everytime she walks exudes girly walk, not a power walk like Angelina Jolie did. I think the chemistry between Wayans and the red hair is better than them, I especially like the red hair. She has unique beauty and brain which matched Wayans who is funny.
