Need help regarding templates and widgets for creating blog in blogger

All my dear friends,I want to start a blog in blogger and so,in order to make it like a really nice looking and well managed blog,so that I can get approval from google adsense,I need your advice about the sources from which I can get really good templates and widgets for my blog. I also want to know from you all bloggers that if I create two or more blogs through blogger,can all of them be kept or used for earning through google adsense with the same google adsense ID.Please tell me how Also,I want to know whether can we use other affiliate programs like bidvertiser with the google adsense in the same blog.
