I'm looking for recommended desserts. Something new, something foreign, something so good you'll feel tempted to eat the whole thing.

Try glass pudding, it is easy on the stomach. east to make and looks appealing. It is made of tender coconut water, its pulp, sugar and china grass. Also the diffrent types of payash(a sort of sweet porridge), it can be of lentils, rice. Though the preparation is cumbersome, it tastes really yum. Also cheese cakes in all flavours,Im sure you might have had them...they are my personal favourites.

Yeah, I've tried cheese cake, but the other two I haven't. You made them sound pretty yummy. I'll look up the recipes. Thanks.

Try Tiramisu. It is an Italian dessert. Also the black rice dessert with coconut cream will be a diffrent experince to you. It is an indonesian desset. Try diffrent fruit flavoured pan ckaes in a diffrent preparation. Do not add sugar to the batter, fry it in oil and dip in sugar syrup.it will taste diffrent. Also add less or not butter/cheese to the batter.

Hi. I recommend this one. It's delicious and looks good. Put 1 tbs of gelatin into 1/2 cup of warm water. Let stay for an hour. Beat 4 egg whites with 1 cup of sugar. The sugar must be added little by little. Beat well so the mixture is all white and mousse like. Heat the gelatin with water. Don't boil it. Let cool and add to your mousse. Mix a little and pour into glasses. Put it in the refrigerator. Make a cocoa glaze. 5 tbs cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of sugar, 3tbs water. Stir it , put it on the gas. Don't let it boil. Take it off the heat as soon as you see little bubbles. Add 1tbs vegetable oil. Let it cool. If your mousse is already hard and jello like, pour the glaze on it and refrigerate again. If you try to make it, please, let me know how you did.
