No news coverage for senate apology?

http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/52254 Last month there was a formal apology from the senate for slavery. About the same time Obama went to visit a slave trading camp in Ghana. Earlier this month a formal apology from the senate was made to the Native Americans, but there seems to be no news coverage of this. Yes I think we all agree that slavery was a dark period of our history, but seriously, we nearly committed genocide against the Native Americans. Doesn't that deserve a least some recognition from MSM?
